NEURA acquires ADLATUS to bring Physical AI into professional cleaning

Published Source Robotics 24/7Media

On 24 August 2026, Germany-based NEURA Robotics said it is acquiring 100 percent of ADLATUS Robotics GmbH, an Ulm provider of autonomous cleaning and sweeping robots with hundreds of installed systems and proprietary navigation software. NEURA plans to add sensors and Physical AI, connect ADLATUS machines to its Neuraverse platform, and later fold cleaning into its Fleet Manager as a product family within its AMR portfolio.

Decision implication For Thesis A and B, treat the deal as European cleaning-robot consolidation that matters for Greek hospitality and facility buyers already tracking Gausium and Pudu: confirm whether ADLATUS support, spare parts, and EU service SLAs stay local under NEURA, and map API, data rights, and multi-vendor fleet controls before any deployment pitch.
