About

I am Dimitris Athanassiadis, FCCA. I have spent twenty years in multi-entity group finance and international audit, in groups operating across sixty-three countries, and five years building software and ERP systems.

I have watched this equipment become competent in public. Unitree posts a preview of a humanoid and the argument underneath it is whether the thing is real; my questions are which conformity file it ships with and what it costs to run for a year. That is not a detached interest — alongside the finance I build the systems these machines end up inside: access-control hardware, IoT device integrations, and the Greek e-invoicing and labour-compliance interfaces an ERP has to satisfy. A service robot is the same object: a machine, a regulatory file and a set of numbers, failing on whichever of the three is weakest. Almost everything written about them covers the machine. Ergasa is the other two.

Where this stands

Ergasa is pre-revenue, and I would rather show the work than describe it. What exists today is the regulatory reference and the arithmetic behind it. The commercial side starts after October, with two weeks in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Shenzhen — CIIF, and the nine manufacturers I want in front of me, among them Pudu, Keenon, Gausium, Unitree and UBTech. Which of those becomes a meeting, an office or a factory floor is theirs to decide and not mine to announce. What I learn there will be published here as it is written.

Until then this site is a regulatory reference and a set of worked numbers. The tracker is the part I would want if I were on the other side of this: every dated EU obligation that reaches equipment placed on the European market, re-read against the Official Journal on each revision.

I am not a distributor and I am not waiting on a contract with one. Where a manufacturer is named here it is named as evidence about the market, never as an affiliation.
