The tracker is revised whenever a date, an instrument or a status changes. This list is how you hear about it, and it is used for nothing else — not for anything I write, not for anything I sell.

Nothing is added to the list before you confirm — the link carries your address cryptographically signed rather than saved, so an address that never confirms never becomes a record I hold. The confirmation message itself goes out through Resend, so your address appears in its sending log the way it would for any email; if you never confirm, that log entry is the only trace of you anywhere.
